Who is Eligible?

A Settlement Class Member may exist if you were a client of LifeLabs and were a resident of Canada prior to December 17, 2019. On October 25, 2023, anybody who was a LifeLabs client on or before December 17, 2019, and who resides in Canada, may now submit an online claim via the class action website.

For every Settlement Class Member who promptly submits a proper claim form, the anticipated payment will be $50, up to a maximum of $150. This sum will be deducted from court-approved legal costs and expenses as well as taxes.
