  • I did not receive my payment since October 2022 until now I do not know why because I do not get any payments I am not working

  • Its been 6 months now and every single agent cant answer any questions as if people are incompitent, meanwhile its the other way around. I found by far the worst agents to speak to for any matters that concern your hard earned and paid money come from Government workers. This is NOT a FAVOR you are doing, you chose to be in customer services , treat us like humans. The agents act as if they are giving jng us that R350 ,dont get me started with UIF… You people need to train your agents consistently or get someone who knows how to knowledge others . We have kids to feed , we have lives to , we just damn unemployed !

    The time i apply for R350 grant i was no longer getting uif mu uif stop in September 2022 then i apply 2023 May June they reject me by saying im still getting uif off witch i dont
